Your call will be directed to our call center operator to determine the appropriate after hours technician tor respond to your request.Your phone number, company name, product and a description of the emergency will be requested.

The On-Call Technician will call the customer back within 45 minutes, and usually within 10 minutes. The Technical Support Team has a weekly rotation. The On-Call Technician is equipped with an "Emergency Satchel" that contains a notebook computer, a cell phone and all of the product user manuals to support the Saftronics products. These tools allow us the capability to respond quickly and provide comfort in the knowledge that an immediate response at the time of the emergency is critical to our commitment to customer support.

This system has been operational since January 6, 1997 with positive feedback from out customers. If the situation is not an emergency, please call during normal working hours. This will keep the lines free for emergency situations and allow a quick response to help our customers.
